Our Patternmaking department at DEM35 Textile forms the foundation of quality and consistency in production. Thanks to our extensive pattern archive, we offer a fast, accurate, and repeatable production infrastructure for many models and sizes. Furthermore, with our systems supporting design processes, we provide brands with practical and efficient solutions during the pattern development and production preparation phases.

The DEM35 Textile Cutting Unit is structured based on high production standards and technical precision. Thanks to our extensive fabric and pattern archive, modern cutting infrastructure, and experienced technical team, we ensure dimensional accuracy, batch consistency, and minimal waste in production. With systems that support all processes from design to production, we offer brands a reliable, scalable, and professional production infrastructure.

The DEM35 Textile Sewing Unit is structured based on quality, occupational safety, and sustainable production standards. All production processes undergo rigorous testing based on machinery, workmanship, and product type. Employee health and safety are prioritized, and a safe production environment is ensured through ergonomic workspaces and regular inspections. Thanks to controlled sewing lines and an experienced team, each product is manufactured to meet standards in terms of measurements, stitching quality, and durability.

DEM35 Textile Quality Control Department operates on the principles of product safety, compliance with standards, and continuity at every stage of production. All processes, from raw material input to sewing and packaging, undergo systematic controls in accordance with defined quality criteria. Measurement, stitching, durability, and visual quality checks are meticulously performed by our experienced quality team. Through continuous auditing and record-keeping processes, consistent, traceable, and high-quality products are delivered to customers.

The DEM35 Textile Ironing Department is structured as a critical stage determining the final appearance and perceived quality of products. Ironing processes are carried out according to heat, steam, and pressure standards determined by the fabric type, product structure, and technical requirements. Thanks to controlled ironing applied by an experienced team, the product shape is preserved, seams are sharpened, and visual quality is maximized. All processes are carried out in an integrated manner with quality control processes, resulting in flawless products ready for shipment.

The DEM35 Textile Packaging Department constitutes the final quality and safety stage of products before shipment. All products undergo quantity, size, labeling, and overall appearance checks before being packaged according to customer requirements and product standards. Packaging processes are planned to preserve the product's form and quality; hygiene, order, and traceability are prioritized. Thanks to our controlled and systematic packaging infrastructure, products are prepared completely and safely for shipment and storage processes.
